UFO

The main purpose of UFO (Ultimate Frisbee Outreach) is, obviously, to spread the gospel and reach out to non-believers. However, this outreach isn't mainly focused towards direct, up front witnessing; it is actually more of an attraction to get more non-Christians to come to church. Also, the attraction of a frisbee game is a way for non-Christians to see Christians in a natural and relaxed environment, hopefully erasing the Christian stereotype. The games are also supposed to be open. This way people who are already in the park can join if they want and can be invited to church as well. Hopefully, having more non-Christians come to church would open their interest in the gospel and God would use that to draw them toward Him. Of course, God's will will be done no matter what we do or say, but Jesus commands us to go and reach out to those who don't know Him. (Matthew 28:19) So that's what we are trying to do.
